Room 1 - Double with En-suite

Room 1 is a double en-suite room and the largest of our three letting rooms. This is located at the front of the house, with its two large feature windows facing south and west; the west- facing window giving lovely views across Aysgarth village green. £125.00 per night

Room 2 - Double with En-suite

Room 2 is a delightful sunny double en-suite room with a south-facing aspect. The room is located at the front of the house and has a large south-facing feature window with views towards Bishopdale. £125.00 per night

Room 3 - Twin with Private

Bathroom

Room 3 is our twin room located at the rear of the house overlooking our courtyard garden and the Methodist Chapel. Though not en-suite, this room has its own separate private bathroom adjacent to the bedroom with bath and mixer shower; just the thing for relaxing after a busy day of walking. £125.00 per night

Our Guest Rooms

Our rooms are centrally heated, tastefully decorated to a high standard and offer the small touches to make your stay more welcoming and enjoyable Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Further information is given in our Access Statement.

Terms & Conditions

• Minimum Two Nights Stay over Bank Holiday Weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun). • All rooms are available for single or double occupancy only. • Unfortunately we are unable to accept children under 12yrs of age. • Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. • A 20% deposit of the total cost of your stay will be required at the time of booking, payable by debit/credit and is non-refundable. • Please note that accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card. • If a cancellation is made at least 1 week prior to your arrival date, there are no cancellation charges other than any deposits paid at the time of booking. For cancellations made with less than 1 week's notice of your arrival day or in the event of a 'no-show', the full accommodation costs will be payable and charged to your card. • We would recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance in case of cancellation. • Rooms are available from 4pm. If you will be arriving after 6pm, we would be grateful if you could advise us of the estimated time of arrival. • Rooms should be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of your departure. • Cornlee Guest House observes a strict no smoking policy (including e-cigarettes). Anyone found to be smoking on the premises will be asked to leave and full accommodation costs will be payable.
